Monitoring dynamiky změn kvality cukrovky během vegetace v regionu střední Moravy v letech 2007 až 2010 Monitoring of Dynamic Changes During Vegetation Period in Central Moravia Region in Years 2007 to 2010
Within monitoring of sugar beet growing in Central Moravia region we focused on evaluation of dependence among selected
quality parameters during vegetation period. A medium-strength negative relation between the weight of leaf area and sugar
content was determined; this relatin was most distinct during the last sampling
(r = –0.576**). The root weight did not
have strong influence even et the end of vegetation, there was a weak negative relation in the course of the whole
observation (r = –0.173 – –0.366**). The anticipated dilution effect of the growing root weight causing digestion
decrease was thus not proved. At the end of vegetation period a medium-strength relation was determined in the relation
between the root weight and MB-factor which give ripeness of sugar beet (r = 0.468**). Relation between the root
weight and soluble ashes reproduced the same results. There existed a medium-strangth positive relation between
the soluble ashes and alpha-aminonitrogen there existed a middle strong positive relation in the second half of August
(r = 0.389**) and especially in the first half of September (r = 0.506**).
V rámci monitoringu pěstování cukrové řepy v oblasti středomoravského regionu byla zaměřena pozornost na hodnocení závislostí
mezi vybranými parametry kvality cukrovky během vegetace. Byl stanoven středně silný negativní vztah mezi hmotností chrástu
a cukernatostí, který byl nejvýraznější při posledním odběru (r = –0,576**). Hmotnost kořene neměla na cukernatost výraznější
vliv, a to ani v závěru vegetace, v průběhu celého pozorování existovala slabá negativní závislost (r = –0,173 – –0,366**).
Nesplnilo se tak očekávání, že růst hmotnosti kořene bude působit zřeďovacím efektem a tím způsobí pokles cukernatosti.
Středně silný vztah byl stanoven v závěru vegetace mezi hmotností kořene a hodnotou MB faktoru, který udává vyzrálost
cukrovky (r = 0,468**). Stejná závislost byla pozorována při hodnocení vztahu mezi hmotností kořene a obsahem rozpustného
popela. Středně silná kladná závislost existovala ve 2. polovině měsíce srpna (r = 0,389**) a především v první polovině
září (r = 0,506**) mezi obsahem rozpustného popela a obsahem alfa-aminodusíku.
