Zásahy do právní úpravy výroby a dodávek cukru v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava Interferences with Legal Regulation of Sugar Production and Delivery in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia
After the constitution of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, controlled economy and ration system ware established; the sectors
of sugar and beet industry were also included. The owners of sugar factories werw allowed to deliver sugar only to certain purchasers
and for a price both assigned by the state. Consumers could not buy as much sugar as they wanted, but only the amount they had their
ration stamps for. Sugar managment was controlled by the newly established Czech and Moravian Union for beet and sugar, which prescribed
a wide range of duties to its members (owners of sugar factories and beet producers). This Union could also limit or forbid their
activities. The Union had to agree with establishing a new sugar factory.

Po zřízení Protektorátu Čechy a Morava bylo zavedeno řízené hospodářství a přídělový systém, čemuž se nevyhnula ani odvětví cukrovarnictví
a řepařství. Majitelé cukrovarů mohli dodávat cukr pouze určitým státem stanoveným odběratelům a za státem stanovenou cenu. Spotřebitelé
si nemohli v obchodech koupit tolik cukru, kolik by sami chtěli, nýbrž pouze množství, na které obdrželi potravinové lístky. Dozor nad
hospodařením s cukrem převzal nově zřízený Českomoravský svaz pro řepu a cukr, který svým členům (majitelům cukrovarům a producentům řepy)
stanovoval celou řadu povinností. Rovněž mohl omezit jejich činnost či ji úplně zakázat. Se zřízením nového cukrovaru musel Svaz vyslovit
souhlas.
