Nový stroj pro sklizeň řepařských pokusů New Trial Beet Harvesting Machine
A new trial beet harvesting machine was constructed and successfully tested in Semčice Beet Institute; the machine has the following
functions: topping and harvesting beet, mechanical cleaning, washing, weighing, slicing and beet mush preparation, mush homogenization,
sampling and freezing of representative samples, recording and storing the established parameters. The machine is designed for harvest
of three-row plots with harvest weight up to 150 kg.
The machine capacity is 30–40 plots per hour; its operation is provided by four
workers and a tractor with the capacity of >100 kW
is needed as a drive.
V Řepařském institutu Semčice byl postaven a úspěšně odzkoušen stroj na sklizeň pokusů s cukrovou řepou s těmito pracovními funkcemi:
ořezání a vyorání řepy, mechanické očištění, vyprání,zvážení, rozřezání a příprava řepné kaše, homogenizace kaše, odběr a zamražení
reprezentativního vzorku, záznam a uložení zjištěných parametrů. Stroj je určen pro sklizeň třířádkových parcel s hmotností sklizně
do 150 kg. Výkon stroje je 30–40 parcel za hodinu, obsluhu zajišťují 4 pracovníci, k pohonu je potřeba traktor o výkonu
>100 kW
