Novodobá historie cukrovaru Hrušovany Recent History of the Sugar Refinery in Hrušovany
The article sums up the history of the Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou refinery since the year 1994 in which Austrian company
Agrana International AG became the main shareholder. At that time the refinery underwent a period of restructuring, forming
market regulations, entering the EU and implementing sugar reforms of the Union. The article describes main milestones
in the evolution of the refinery, investments into new technologies and its growth.

Článek shrhuje historii cukrovaru v Hrušovanech nad Jevišovkou od roku 1994, ve kterém se většinovým akcionářem stala
rakouská společnost Agrana International AG. Článek popisuje hlavní milníky vývoje závodu, investování do nových technologií
a rozvoj cukrovaru.
