Doktorské studium na ústavu chemie a technologie sacharidů VŠCHT Praha Doctoral Studies (PhD) at ICT Prague, Department of Carbohydrate Chemistry and Technology
The paper is devoted to the organization of PhD studies at ICT Prague, Department of Carbohydrate Chemistry and Technology.
The basic topics for full-time PhD students are related with polysaccharides. The article describes chosen polysaccharides,
gives the used techniques, instrumentation and related references. Since 1993, 20 PhD students finished successfully their
studies. Students working in food factories have proved themselves to be helpful for employers.
Článek je věnován organizaci doktorského studia na ústavu chemie a technologie sacharidů VŠCHT Praha. Základní témata oboru
doktorského studia v denním studiu se týkají polysacharidů – článek charakterizuje jednotlivé skupiny polysacharidů, uvádí používané
techniky k jejich studiu, vybavenost pracoviště a související literaturu. Od roku 1993 úspěšně absolvovalo doktorské
studium 20 studentů.
V kombinovaném studiu se osvědčuje spolupráce doktorandů s potravinářským průmyslem.
