Odrůdy cukrovky registrované v roce 2009 Sugar beet varieties registered in the year 2009
The Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ) made a decision (based on the Czech law by Act No. 219/2003 Coll.
and results achieved) about the registration of nine sugar beet varieties (five varieties with Rhizomania tolerance and four with a special
tolerance to Nematodes or Rhizoctonia). Most of the varieties were registered after two years of testing, only one (Katka KWS) was registered
after three years of testing. The registration of sugar beet varieties is based on results achieved (according to the overall Index indicator)
in two growing systems – with a fungicide treatment against the leaf spot complex and without it.
In the year 2009, the following varieties with Rhizomania tolerance were registered in the Czech Republic: Expert (SESVanderHave) Katka KWS,
Kiringa KWS, Laska KWS and Severa KWS. The following ones with the
special tolerance were also registered: Bering (Strube-Dieckmann), Halina KWS, Pavla KWS and Vedeta (Syngenta).
V letošním roce Národní odrůdový úřad ÚKZÚZ na základě dosažených výsledků a podle zákona č. 219/2003 Sb., o oběhu osiva a sadby, rozhodl
o registraci devíti odrůd cukrovky (pěti odrůd s tolerancí k rizománii a čtyř odrůd se speciální tolerancí k nematodům nebo k rhizoctonii).
Převážně se jedná o odrůdy registrované po dvouletém zkoušení, pouze jedna odrůda (Katka KWS) byla registrována na základě výsledků tříletého
zkoušení. Odrůdy cukrovky jsou registrovány na základě dosažených výsledků (podle souhrnného ukazatele Index) ve dvou systémech
pěstování – s fungicidním ošetřením proti komplexu listových skvrnitostí a bez tohoto ošetření.
V roce 2009 byly v České pepublice registrovány odrůdy s tolerancí k rizománii – Expert (SESVanderHave) Katka KWS, Kiringa KWS,
Laska KWS a Severa KWS. Z odrůd se speciální toleranci byla registrována odrůda Bering (Strube-Dieckmann), Halina KWS, Pavla KWS
a Vedeta (Syngenta).
